After more than 8 months of rehab works, the new wine storehouse of Clos Sainte Magdeleine is accomplished.

All the tuns have been replaced by cylindrical stainless steel tuns with new integrated thermoregulation system. It's an equipment allowing a precise control of the temperatures of fermentation. What implies a big homogeneity and a good constancy in the progress of this process.

These new modern equipments will allow in the next years to improve the quality of produced wines, and to make the work in cellar safer and more precise.
