After several months the first part of rehabilitation works for the Clos Sainte Magdeleine's underground cellar came to an end in january 2012.
The target was to conform to technical standards and modernization of the whole installation to produce white or rosé wine Cassis AOC (Protected Designation of Origin).
So new tuns new thermoregulation system and fitting out several structural works (ground, electricity) is now in progress. Furthermore, a new room of tasting (cf photo) has also been starting.
These new elements will allow to develop vintage wines in the best sanitary and technical conditions to complete our best wine's quality.
