Characteristics AOC Cassis Rosé 2013

  • slide fichetechnique

Made from equal parts of Grenache and Cinsault and Mourvèdre, this wine is appreciated for its perfume of fern, lemon and a touch of fruits when in mouth.
Thanks to its freshness, it makes your aperitif and drinks smart and glamourous. It comes very well with your meals too.
The Mourvèdre gives a sufficient frame to allow a great variation in association with meals: White meat, grilled vegetables, seafood and fish.
