"a nice place where vine plants of Marsanne, white Ugni and clairette can bloom easily give this Cassis lighting in its gold robe. Long in mouth, tight and polished with a fine touch of sourness, iodine and humus after a rich flower and fruit range (acacia, broom, mango, yellow peach) with a few vivid green grass. Representative of its label of origin this wine will keep up its position near a tray of seafood"

Rosé 2011:
"Also a quotation for the rosé 2011 made with Grenache, Mourvèdre and Cinsault in equal parts, for its perfume of fern and lemon and its strains of fruits in the mouth."
